Shiner's Saloon is open on the second floor at the corner of 5th and Congress in Austin, TX. In addition to having all Shiner Beers available on tap, we also offer the Shiner hospitality. With most of the owners raised in Shiner, TX, we plan on bringing the hometown attitude and friendliness to downtown Austin.
We serve more than Shiner Beers with a total of 16 drafts, ice cold bottles, and a full bar with wine selection. Shiner’s Saloon also provides drink specials in addition to our great drink prices. If the staff is not enough entertainment for you, we also have live music, video games, and plenty of TV’s (with the full sports package of course).
Shiner’s Saloon’s kitchen is open for business offering a variety of appetizers, toasted sandwiches, salads and just plain delicious country cookin’. A little advice: Try the Chuck Wagon Rolls!! By building the bar from the ground up, we have been able to create our niche by combining the elements of wood, steel, and stone throughout the bar. Please, come check it out because our description will not do it justice.
We have put our blood, sweat, and tears into building this bar so we can offer an environment where people want to pull up a stool, drink a beer, grab a bite and shoot the shit with us.
So please, come visit us. We just might be the place you want to call your second home! (Although we are located on the second floor, we will be ADA accessible through Prague’s entrance on 5th street. Just use the elevator, ride on up, and pay us a visit!)
